- Ten minutes' walk from Lime Street Station.
- By bus
- The 14, 17, 26 and 86 all stop on Park Lane, within five minutes' walk.
- By car
- Pay-and-display on Great George Street and Hardy Street. Q-Park Liverpool One is a 10-minute walk.
- Arriving
- Ring the bell on Great George Street and the lift will be sent down — the spa sits on the 17th floor, with lift access all the way up.
JAYDE Spa Manchester
Embankment Exchange · 96 Greengate, Salford M3 7JE
- By rail
- Five minutes' walk from Salford Central; ten from Manchester Victoria.
- By tram
- Exchange Square (Metrolink) is twelve minutes on foot, over the Trinity Bridge.
- By car
- Parking available next door at an additional cost. The spa entrance is located in the Embankment Exchange Building from Greengate Square.
- Arriving
- Enter through the building courtyard off Greengate — the spa is on the ground floor, with step-free access from reception.

- On foot
- In the Baltic Triangle, a short walk from JAYDE Spa Liverpool at Parliament Square.
- By car
- On-street parking on and around Greenland Street.
- Arriving
- Arrive ten minutes before your class — the instructor will meet you at the door.

Light refreshments
Light refreshments are available to purchase when visiting the spa — settle into the lounge with a coffee, matcha or herbal tea.
Towel & robe hire
Hire a robe, towel & slipper set for £5 — add it when you book, or ask at reception on arrival.
What's provided
Showers, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all provided, along with a locker. Just bring swimwear.
