Manchester is open from 10:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday. All spa sessions are two hours long and must be booked in advance.

On the Greengate, in the heart of Manchester.
Embankment Exchange sits within the Greengate redevelopment, between Manchester Cathedral and Salford Central. A five-minute walk from Salford Central; ten from Victoria. Parking available next door at an additional cost.
