Terms & Conditions

All spa sessions run for two hours. Spa sessions and treatments must be booked in advance and are paid for at the time of booking.

• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your booking are charged in full. Outside that window your payment is refunded.
• Please arrive in good time. A late arrival shortens your own session rather than the next guest's.
• Jayde Spa Liverpool is a Legacie resident-exclusive membership spa. Guests access it by booking a therapist-led treatment or a Jayde Studio class on the same day, then adding a spa session.
• Jayde Spa Manchester runs public sessions available on selected days and times, alongside resident access.

Jayde Spa and Jayde Studio are for over-18s only. Memberships are exclusive to residents of Legacie developments, aged 18 and over. Resident guests must be accompanied by the resident throughout the visit.

Jayde Spa is intended to be a calm, quiet, and restorative space. We kindly ask all guests and members to:

• Speak quietly, especially in designated relaxation areas.
• Keep mobile phones on silent mode and refrain from taking calls within the spa facilities.
• Behave respectfully, politely, and appropriately at all times.

You may take photographs and video recordings for personal use only, provided that you comply with these terms and any additional signage or rules displayed at the spas.

Restrictions & Permissions

• You must not take photographs or videos of any children under the age of 18, except your own.
• Anyone who appears in your photographs or videos must be aware that they are being filmed/photographed and have given their explicit consent beforehand.
• Filming and photography are strictly prohibited in changing rooms, toilets, or any other private areas.

Please bring swimwear. Robes, towels and slippers are available to hire — a robe, towel and slipper set is £5. Hire items are for use during your visit only and cannot be taken home.

We provide showers, a hairdryer and styling station, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a locker and filtered still water.

Heat and cold facilities are used at your own discretion. Please tell us before your visit if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical condition that heat, cold-water immersion or massage could affect — our team will advise on what is suitable.

Before a treatment you will be asked to complete a pre-treatment consultation form, and before your first Jayde Studio class you will be asked to complete a studio waiver. Both must be completed before you attend.

One person can book and pay for a whole group. Each guest in the party is asked to confirm their own details and complete the required waiver before arrival, using the private link sent to them by the person who made the booking.

A guest who has not completed their waiver cannot use the spa floor until it is completed — our team can take it at the desk on arrival if needed.

• Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are redeemed against a booking by contacting hello@jaydespa.com with the voucher code.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher code is a bearer token — treat it like cash and only share it with the recipient.

• Memberships are available exclusively to Legacie residents and are personal to the named member.
• Platinum covers both Jayde Spa Liverpool and Jayde Spa Manchester; Gold covers a single city.
• Membership collections are taken monthly in advance, or upfront where a six-month term is purchased.
• Where a payment fails, we will contact you and re-present the collection. Access may be paused while an account is in arrears.
• Membership ends when a resident's tenancy at a Legacie development ends.
