Bring swimwear for the jacuzzi pool. Robes, towels and slippers are available to hire for an additional cost of £5. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Hired items are for use during your visit only and can't be taken home.
Please arrive ten minutes before your booking. Late arrivals will shorten your session.
Spa sessions and treatments require 48 hours' notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booked date, it is unfortunately non-refundable and cannot be rearranged. Outside of 48 hours, we'll do our utmost to find another suitable time for you.
Studio classes need 24 hours' notice. Cancel more than 24 hours before your class and your credit is returned. Unfortunately, within 24 hours there is no refund or credit.
Yes, if you have a treatment booked for yourself — you can bring one guest to our Liverpool spa for an additional cost of £35.
Both the spa and the studio are over-18s only.

Showers, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all provided, along with a locker. Please bring swimwear.

We have day-use lockers for you to store your belongings while you unwind and enjoy your time. Please remember to empty your locker before heading home, as any items left overnight will be removed by our team. Your belongings are stored at your own risk, and we can't accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.
